FAQ & Policies
Agreement: By purchasing or renting from HairGoalz, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Wigs may be rented for an agreed period (daily/weekly).
A security deposit is required before collection. This will be refunded upon return if the wig is in good condition.
Late returns attract a penalty fee of ……… per day.
All sales are final once payment is confirmed.
Customers are encouraged to inspect wigs upon purchase to ensure satisfaction with quality, length, and style.
No exchanges are allowed for reasons of change-of-mind, hygiene, or personal preference.
Sales: Due to hygiene standards, wigs purchased cannot be returned or refunded.
Rentals: Wigs must be returned in the same condition as received. If damaged or altered, the cost of repair/replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
Customers are responsible for wigs during their rental period.
Minor damage (tangles, loosened clips, minor shedding) will incur a repair fee.
Major damage (burns, tears, cut lace, color alteration, missing hair patches) will result in full replacement cost.
Failure to return a wig will be considered as loss/theft and charged accordingly.
To ensure longevity and maintain quality, kindly follow these care guidelines:
Always store wigs on a mannequin head or in a satin bag when not in use.
Avoid heat styling unless the wig is heat-resistant.
Wash wigs gently with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
Do not sleep or swim while wearing wigs to prevent tangling and shedding.
Handle lace fronts carefully to avoid tears.
